Geshdo SaaS product: a feedback and pulse tool for consulting firms that brings consultant sentiment, company belonging, and customer ratings into a single view without ever exposing an individual.

I own this end to end — architecture, security model, and infrastructure, not just the React frontend and Node.js API. The multi-tenant design centers on a security model I set: Microsoft Entra ID (OIDC) login with server-side sessions, PostgreSQL row-level security enforcing hard tenant isolation, and a locked-down network and browser security perimeter around every deployed environment.

I also own the delivery pipeline: separate GitHub Actions workflows for API and web CI, Terraform plan and apply, and containerized deploys to Cloud Run backed by Cloud SQL.

Parental leave. I stayed partly active in development work throughout the period, mainly on the FOE mobile app.

Networking app for the client, delivered from a single React and TypeScript codebase to web, iOS, and Android using Capacitor.

I owned integration and reliability across all three platforms: LinkedIn sign-in on Web, Android & iOS, a resilient push-notification lifecycle on Firebase Cloud Messaging, and cross-platform observability through Sentry. I also set the client's data-handling standards — a locked-down security policy, PII redaction, and runtime validation with Zod.

On the delivery side I set up continuous deployment, ensured security hardening according to best practices, and kept the Playwright end-to-end suite green in GitHub Actions.

Initially, I collaborated with the CTO and Lead Architect to optimize IT solutions, focusing on mentorship and architectural improvements.

Following CDON Group's acquisition of Fyndiq and the decision to merge platforms, my focus shifted to being a crucial pillar in this migration. Over the last two years, I developed essential features for the transition while ensuring legacy system stability. This involved deep debugging, Azure cloud architecture optimization, and cost analysis, driving significant operational efficiency. I also maintained and extended the build and release pipelines in Azure DevOps that shipped this work. Towards the latter part of the assignment, I introduced AI tooling, prompt engineering, and automated workflows into development processes to accelerate legacy code analysis, streamline integrations, and increase overall delivery speed.

JobNow: monorepo with a Next.js web app, a Node.js scraper, and a shared Zod schema library.

geshdo.com: the company site itself, including the MCP server that exposes CV and company content to LLM clients.

I also own the shared CI/CD conventions these ship through: GitHub Actions workflows for builds, Playwright test runs, releases, and dev and prod deploys. Since 2022 I've also managed Geshdo's internal AWS environment.

As Tech Lead, I architected and developed a mobile app improving lives for the hearing impaired. I was responsible for managing customer relations, stakeholders, integrations, and the development team. Simultaneously, I remained an integral part of the daily coding, ensuring the team progressed and focused on their tasks without interference. I integrated the React Native frontend against Azure Functions APIs and third party services, and wrote the native module layer in Java and Kotlin on Android and in Objective-C and Swift on iOS. Automated build and release pipelines in Azure DevOps and Visual Studio App Center delivered the app to testers and stores. The solution operated in 5 regions with high cost efficiency & data integrity.

I was hired to conduct an investigation into StepStone's processes, APIs, and monitoring workflows, running on AWS. Over 4 weeks, I worked closely alongside senior developers to gather insights, understand pain points, and identify bottlenecks. This work resulted in a comprehensive report of recommended architectural and process improvements, which was presented to leadership to establish concrete technical roadmaps.

I advanced from Fullstack Developer to Scrum Master while building an internal customer service tool. I led sprint estimation and planning with key stakeholders and conducted end-of-sprint demos to showcase the team's progress and results. I tracked tickets in Jira alongside Trello boards, and compiled the release notes in Confluence that we walked through at each demo. I also maintained the team's CI/CD setup in TeamCity.

Recurring contributor to the React and TypeScript rewrite of Geshdo's internal time reporting system, and to its Vue 3 predecessor before that.

I owned core reporting functionality end to end — enforced workplace selection, overtime calculation, and the hours and workplace-distribution reporting used across the organization, including the filtering and analytics built on top. I also built the accounting-critical features our admins and accountants rely on for sales, reporting, and invoicing overview, giving finance a clear view directly from the system.

I led a type-safety push across the frontend, refactoring URL state handling to be fully type-safe with Zod, and integrated authentication against the backend via Microsoft Entra ID (MSAL).

The backend runs on AWS, backed by DynamoDB and Aurora databases and Lambda functions.

Shipped through reusable GitHub Actions workflows into separate dev and prod environments.

Geshdo is my employer. The client engagements in this timeline marked as assignments (Friends of Executive, CDON, GN Hearing, StepStone, and Securitas) were all carried out from here, in parallel with the internal product work listed above.

As a Technical Lead on Geshdo's Tech Excellence crew, I am responsible for developing our consultants' knowledge, skills, and career growth. As the Technical Lead in Gothenburg, I help drive Geshdo's regional expansion by fostering engineering culture and conducting technical interviews. Simultaneously as a Senior IT Consultant, I help clients solve complex technical challenges in Cloud Architecture and performance optimization, while guiding engineering teams to work more efficiently.

I also drive internal engineering standards, including our shared React and TypeScript project template and the CI/CD and code review conventions used across our GitHub organization.

Initially consulting as a SharePoint Developer, I identified the need for modernization and spearheaded the frontend re-architecture to React with microservices. This initiative reduced deployment time from 6 hours to zero downtime. My expertise led the React implementation, where I educated team members and managed planning and prioritization.

Developed a web application for modeling and simulation of dynamic systems, turning my graduation project into a prototype that became a core commercial product. Migrated the frontend to React/TypeScript and supported backend services in Node, Python, C#, and Java.

Tutored students in programming, data structures, and object-oriented design workshops, guiding problem-solving and assisting in workshop planning.
