One of Sweden's largest security companies operates across guarding services, technology solutions, and facility management. Running an organization of that scale requires a web of interconnected systems — for sales, billing, HR, and operations — that must stay in sync around the clock.

Over time, several of these systems had grown in complexity without growing in maintainability. The sales commission calculation process was manual and error-prone. The invoicing flow for security guard services lacked a dedicated modern portal. And the integrations responsible for moving data between systems required ongoing oversight to stay reliable.
